The Booking Form will open up as a pdf file.
It you experience problems uploading the file you can download a free copy of a pdf reader at http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/reader.html
Priority booking for Patrons will be available until 15 March. Details of how to become a patron are included on the booking form.
If you send a booking now without becoming a patron your booking will be held in the queue of non-patron's bookings until March 15.
The ticket details on the Programme Page are being updated as tickets sell out. You may therefore assume that tickets are available unless otherwise indicated.
If you are booking from another country and have problems over payment, please e-mail the booking secretary, Melanie Northall, by clicking on email@example.com She will be able to explain a procedure for simplifying this.

As tickets sell out, the website programme page will be altered appropriately. So you can assume that tickets are available unless the programme page indicates otherwise.
Parking and disabled parking
For parking, follow the special RAC road signs for the Merrivale,
Quickwell Hill and Pebbles car parks.
Please note there is very limited disabled parking around the West Front and
North side of the Cathedral.
If you require disabled parking you must notify the bookings secretary in
advance when you purchase your tickets.
Subject to availability a Festival disabled parking badge will be issued with your ticket order for you to display in your car window as this will help us identify those disabled drivers who have requested this in advance. Please ensure that you always arrive in good time (at least 30 minutes), prior to the start of all the concerts so that we can assist in finding you a space. Due to the high demand for spaces we do our absolute best to accommodate all disabled drivers, but unfortunately we cannot always guarantee you a parking place.
For the following 2 concerts (BBC National Orchestra of Wales on Friday 31 May and Festival Chorus & Orchestra on Saturday 1 June) there will be a free return disabled bus service from the car park at Oriel y Parc which will take you straight to the main entrance of the Cathedral. A pass for the bus will be issued on request with your ticket order. Further details about this service can be obtained from the Booking Secretary. Please contact Melanie Northall, email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01437 721890
