Part time Cleaner
Our Cleaning team is essential in ensuring the Cathedral is smart, fresh and welcoming to all our worshippers and tourists.
Thursday and Friday mornings, starting time between 8am and 9am, for a four to four and a half hour shift. Additional hours available to cover staff holiday. Pay £12.71 per hour.

We are always looking for VOLUNTEERS!
Here are some of the roles we have for volunteers:
- Sidespeople, stewards and servers to support services of worship
- Tour guides, especially those with fluency in one or more of the following languages: Welsh, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish
- Translators from English into written Welsh
- Flower arrangers, and if you are experienced in deciding on what to buy and from where, that would be very welcome
- Event stewards for concerts, conferences and other events in the Cathedral
- Welcomers to give a warm welcome to and answer questions from visitors - and to encourage visitors to give a donation too!
- Library research helpers.
Volunteering posts are open to everyone, and days/times can be arranged to suit you, whether you want to give a day a month or an hour a week - it's up to you.
We welcome enquiries about volunteering to improve work skills, gain work experience, work towards the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme, or simply become a part of the Cathedral community.
