Tenor and Bass Choral Scholarships 2024-25


St Davids Cathedral Choir wishes to appoint one Tenor and one Bass Choral Scholar from September 2024 for the duration of the 2024-25 academic year. Scholarships include generous remuneration, rent-free shared accommodation in the historic Cathedral Close and music lesson allowance including travel, opportunities to perform in services, concerts and on BBC Radio, and the opportunity to live on the beautiful Pembrokeshire Peninsula in Britain’s smallest city with a strong community feel. Cleaner: 12 hours a week, working Thursdays and Fridays: immediate start!

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join the existing cleaning/caretaking team, who clean the Cathedral, Ty'r Pererin (our Pilgrimage & Education Centre) and a residential house used by Canons of the Chapter when they spend time with us. Shop Assistant for the Summer, one day a week (more days may be available for holiday cover)

Join our shop team to the end of September, working in our gift shops inside and outside the Cathedral!  We stock and sell a gorgeous array of Christian and other gifts which our visitors find irresistable.  You need to be outgoing and confident, keen to learn the range of stock and tell customers about it. 

Ideally, you'll have previous experience in working in a shop, but commitment and enthusiasm are the key skills to this role. 

£12 per hour.
